📖 Description

CAT-ASTROPHE is an idle/clicker game created in roughly 72 hours for Mini Jam 198 (Theme: "There is no end").

What begins as a relaxing afternoon petting a cute cat on a rug quickly escalates into something... bigger. Much bigger. In this incremental adventure, your goal is to accumulate "Purrs", automate your production with treats, and unlock special cats that will change the fate of the world.

📜 The Story (Lore)

You are the owner. Or so you think. It starts innocently: a single cat demanding attention. But as you feed them and buy them toys, their ambition grows. First, they take over the living room. Then, the neighborhood.

As your Purrs reach astronomical numbers, you will witness the Catastrophe unfold. From a local riot to a galactic empire, the cats are planning something. And rumor has it... there is a Spy Cat working in the shadows to execute the ultimate heist.

🎮 How to Play

Your goal is to generate as many Purrs as possible to witness the final form of the feline empire.

• CLICK the cat to generate Purrs.
• BUY FOOD to automate your Purr production per second.
• BUY BREAD to multiply your total output (Logic: Cats love loafing!).
• RECRUIT UNIQUE CATS: Unlock powerful allies like the Angry Cat, Worker Cat, and the mysterious Spy Cat.
• WATCH THE NEWS: Keep an eye on the news bar at the top. The world changes based on how many cats you own!
